How do I install ECOHEADS at my basin?
Installation depends on your type of basin. Some sinks you can screw the nozzle off of the hose, which makes installation as easy as screwing on the ECOHEADS nozzle. If your nozzle is connected to your hose, you will need to detach the hose and screw on a new hose and the nozzle.
Do I need to call a plumber?
Most customers do not need a plumber, but this depends on your unique setup. Over 30,000 nozzles have been installed on every type of basin available in the US and Europe and ECOHEADS could fit each one. That said, if you do end up calling a plumber give us a call if they aren't sure about setup.
How often do you need to clean the nozzle?
This depends on how dirty your water is! We recommend cleaning your ECOHEADS nozzle at minimum once a month.
