Delivery & Returns

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday, and take 2-3 working days to be delivered for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to other areas, including Highlands and Islands, may take longer.

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Salon Promotions within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If you fail to report any issues within 48 hours unfortunately goods cannot be replaced.

Due to the agreements we have with the brands we distribute we can't offer delivery outside of the UK.

Returns Information

Any goods returned to Salon Promotions Ltd for credit will incur a 25% restocking fee. Goods older than 3 months may not be returned. If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, please contact our Customer Services Department on 01282 444 900 to discuss your options.
