In the unlikely event that your item has developed a fault, please complete the Returns Form.
Defective products will either be repaired or replaced with a like-for-like replacement, however in some instances, the product colour may differ from the original item.
You should retain proof of your postage costs so these can be refunded up to the value of £5.40 for items found to be faulty and in warranty.
In the case of product replacement, the Warranty period remains in line with the Original Purchase date. There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product.
If a product is found to be damaged rather than faulty, the product will be returned, and carriage will be charged at Salon Promotions standard rate.
