FAQs

Q: How do I order?

A: Orders can be placed in multiple ways for your convenience. Choose from contacting your Business Developement Manager, call our Customer Service Team based at our Head Office or order 24 hours a day via our website.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: There is no minimum order value, however if orders are under £100 net, there will be a carraige charge of £5.40 plus VAT.

Q: How long will my delivery take?

A: Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. If an order is placed before 1pm, we will aim to process and deliver the next working day.

Q: Which courier do you use?

A: Parcelforce. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking updates via e-mail/text message and once out for delivery, a 1-hour time slot will be provided.

Q: What if I am not going to be in for my delivery?

A: All orders will be defaulted to your chosen address, however and alternative address can be specified when ordering. After dispatch, if any changes occur, please call our customer service team who will be able to contact Parcelforce to arrange those changes.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: We take payments via the following methods: Direct Debit, switch, debit/credit card, AMEX, bank transfer, cheques and cash. For further details please contact our Customer Service Team or your Business Development Manager.

Q: What if I need further help or support?
