You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
2. Advice
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
3. Changes to Website
Salon Promotions reserves the right to:
change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Salon Promotions shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
4. Links to Third Party Website
The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
5. Copyright
All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Salon Promotions Ltd or otherwise used by Salon Promotions Ltd as permitted by law.
In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
To the extent permitted by law, Salon Promotions Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.
Salon Promotions Ltd makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Salon Promotions Ltd for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Salon Promotions Ltd or that of its employees or agents.
7. Offer Codes & Promotions
Offer Codes and promotions are subject to availability. Offer Codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer unless otherwise stated. Offer Codes cannot be deducted from an order already in progress, or exchanged for cash. Orders in progress are not eligible for promotional items that become available after an order is placed. Salon Promotions LTD reserve the right to withdraw any offer without notice and reserve the right to reject use of an offer or promotion at our discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the offer or promotion is being used other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. Accuracy Of Information
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information and pricing supplied in our website as well as the description of products and promotions that appear on our site. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions contained in this website or any decisions based on information in this site. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
If we are unable to accept your order, for example because a product is out of stock or no longer available, or there was an error in price on our website we will inform you of this by telephone/email as soon as is reasonably practicable and we will not continue to process your order. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as is reasonably possible.
If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. This also applies to promotional items and discount codes.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Salon Promotions Ltd and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Salon Promotions Ltd arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website. Salon Promotions LTD is not responsible for any inconvenience and/or damage resulting from the use of this website, including, but not restricted to any interruptions in the availability of the website, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions, or, more generally, any case defined as outside our control by UK law.
10. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Sale Terms & Conditions
Please read these Conditions carefully before ordering any Goods from Salon Promotions Limited. You agree to be bound by these Conditions upon ordering any Goods. You should print a copy of these Terms for future reference.
ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF SALON PROMOTIONS LTD UNTIL ALL OUTSTANDING INVOICES ARE PAID IN FULL. SALON PROMOTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER PROPERTY TO TAKE POSSESSION OF UNPAID GOODS.
Credit facility is subject to credit check, and we reserve the right to review credit facility at any time.
Our credit terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to apply finance charges of 3% which will be accrued on a monthly basis for all amounts over 30 days old.
If a Director of the business, you agree to take personal liability for any upaid debts.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
- Debit Card – Visa/Delta/Maestro/Solo/Electron
- Credit Card - Mastercard/Visa
- Direct Debit – Forms are available from the office and your sales consultant. Please allow 14 days for set up.
- Bank Transfer/BACS – This can take upto 3 days to hit our account.
- Cheques – Should be made payable to Salon Promotions Ltd. Please write your salon name and account number on the back of all cheques. Clearance can take up to 10 working days.
- Cash – Can be paid directly into our bank account, please ensure that you email info@salonpromotions.co.uk to advise of any money paid into the bank.
Persistently exceeding our payment terms will result in your account being placed on Pro-Forma.
Cheques that have to be represented carry a charge of £18.00. In the case of an unpaid cheque a charge of £35.00 will be payable by the salon.
Returned Direct Debits carry a charge of £18.00.
For UK Mainland; Free delivery is available to those customers whose order value exceeds £100.00 net. Orders under £100.00 net will include a delivery charge of £5.40 plus VAT.
If a parcel is refused a fee of £15.00 will be payable by the salon.
Goods damaged in transit or any shortages will only be investigated if they are reported to Salon Promotions within 48 hours of delivery. If you fail to report any issues within 48 hours unfortunately goods cannot be replaced.
Liability is limited to the cost of goods purchased.
Any goods returned to Salon Promotions Ltd for credit will incur a 25% restocking fee. Goods older than 3 months may not be returned.
Accounts beyond our credit terms may be passed to a 3rd party debt collection agency. All accounts, without exception, will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus VAT to cover our costs in recovery. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
Goods must not directly or indirectly by supplied outside the United Kingdom, or supplied to any third party websites for resale. This applies to marketplace websites such as Amazon and eBay
Education Terms & Conditions
We recommend you try to book Salon Promotions education courses as soon as possible as places maybe limited and early booking will reserve your place
Prices and Payments: All prices quoted in this brochure are subject to VAT. The full cost of the course will be invoiced to your Salon Promotions account at the time of booking. Payment terms to be agreed at the discretion of Salon Promotions Ltd.
Cancellation of events by Salon Promotions Ltd: Salon Promotions may cancel the event if a minimum number of bookings are not received. Whatever the reason, if Salon Promotions has cancelled a training event the fee(s) will be refunded in full. Salon Promotions is not liable for any subsequent costs that are incurred as a result of cancellation.
Cancellation of bookings by you: For those unable to attend an event, a substitute delegate may be sent at any time at no extra charge. The full fee will be payable where cancellation is made less than four weeks prior to the event. We must be notified of any cancellations by email, to Info@salonpromotions.co.uk. In all cases, cancellations after the course has been invoiced will be charged at the full rate.
Charge for non-attendance at our events: Please note if you fail to turn up at the event for which you booked a place, the full cost of the course will be charged.
All course material and all intellectual property rights in such materials (including but not limited to copyright) are property of Salon Promotions LTD. You are not permitted to copy and/or distribute the whole or any part of those materials without our prior written consent. Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately cancel any courses, education or training booked with Salon Promotions LTD and you will not be entitled to a refund. Additionally we may seek legal action or compensation for damages/loss of earnings for any such breaches.
*Please note: the formula's you see across all our channels are guides/inspiration ONLY. The end results and products you choose to apply will change depending on the clients natural depth, percentage of white, texture, porosity, density, previous colour, hair condition and level of lift achieved.
